This is where you can upload your Breton voice auditions. Please keep this thread only for auditions - feedback and other comments relating to voice work can be posted in the old hub thread.

Ah...so you're the one who brought Maurrie and Nelos together. Nothing has been seen or heard of them since then, but the bards are singing songs of their love. Well, done! Please, take these as a token of my gratitude.
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Fasile_Charascel There's an old sea cave nearby, called Ilunibi Caverns, up on the north end of the island, right on Khartag Point. Nothing but rats and slaughterfish. Sometimes smugglers and outlaws use it for a hide-out, but it's wet and nasty, and not real comfortable.
Voice Description
Bretons are based after real-world Bretons, the celts of France. So French, 'Celtic' (Irish, Welsh, etc.), British (not as 'proper' as Altmer or Imperial, but other colloquial dialects), Belgian, even Spanish or Portuguese works well for them.
So here is my audition for the breton woman Sosia Caristiana, with my old microphone, so its a little bit quiet.
https://soundcloud.com/lufel/sosia-caristiana
Here is my audition for the Breton voice, reading some of Sococius Ergalla's dialog. Let me know if you believe my Breton voice is suitable.
I did a few lines of dialog from a couple Skyrim Bretons.
Random guard lines, thought I would throw myself in it.
@kyzar
Hey. Bretons (as said in other posts) in Skywind are going to be more european (english/french/austrian/polish accents).. If you want to try again with a british accent then we can consider that. Otherwise you could try out for other roles :). There is also a considerable amount of noise in the background and you sound a little far away from your microphone. Typically, 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) away from the mic is the best distance. there are tutorials on sound editing in the first post of the main Voice acting hub thread.. check them out for your next auditions. Thanks and good luck!

Here it is.
Because why not?
If this has potential, I'm sure I'll need to work on sounding a little more natural. And talking slower. >>;
Edit: More stereotypes. My primary self-critique on this one is that my voice is super raspy.
Here, a quick one of Barnand Erelie.
Two more Bretons. Let me know if they fit your vision for the Breton demeanor and associated vocals.
EDIT: Whoops, messed up the Dalomax one. Uploaded the correct one now.
The voice sounds good, and the audio seems pretty clean. When we start recording again we'll assign some Bretons to you definitely.
Here are a few different Bretons:
Socucius Ergalla, Frizkav Brutya and Barnand Erelie
So this is for Geon Auline. I cannot for the life of me remember the quest or any details of it (its been a few years). He is a noble and so should be clear speaking. I chose to be slightly slow with my words so after about 20-30 takes getting the lines in my head this is what i have spliced together. Any tips would be great ie words I might hang on or anything else that can be improved. The last take was one I rewrote, though it doesn't stick to the lines completely I took the shortened you'll and made it you will and also removed the have. I personally think this sounds more eloquent and so more noble. Anyway, please enjoy.
Revised Geon Auline
Slightly more venomous.
As requested, some different takes on Manis Virmaelese, the old sod guarding the Ald'ruhn Mages Guild. Takes differ in amount of fear, assertiveness, voice (duh), and perception of age.
My take on Orrent Geontene. I'm not really sure if Edwinna is to be pronounced "Edwina" or "Edwinner", but (as I said to Landotriel in the chat) this is just a test to see, if my voice does fit the project.
@Thwind
Sorry but due to violent use of inflections, i am not sure if you are suited be a Voice actor for skywind. I suggest looking to employ your skills at another section of the forum. Thanks for trying :)
'Allo.
Having a gander, if it's still possible.
Did some lines from these guys.

I'm not the best when it comes to accents, but feedback is insanely welcome!
@hamishLWB
Sweet. Sound pretty good as far as the accent goes. A problem with the recordings is that i can hear the room... find a way to dampen your surroundings or find a more fitting recording space. I am guessing it is not edited either but I like your voice!.. catch me in chat at some point.
Here is my re-done entry for Dillborn the Breton Mage.

My voice of Socucius Ergalla.
My Breton Audition take 1. Let me know what you guys think.
BTW: I used some effects to deepen my voice a little. If you do not like the way it sounds due to editing, I will make sure to not do so next time.
Hello,
Here is my go at a Breton Male. Please be gentle :p
Here's my Breton male audition. I read the lines for Barnand Erelie.
Barnand Erelie
Here are my Breton auditions. I read the lines for Helviane Desele, Aurane Frernis, Arielle Phiencel, and Ama Nin.

This Is mine :p
don't laught, please ^^
Thought I'd see if my Irish accent was worth anything. Advice always welcome. Can do better quality if necessary.
I'm trying myself with four different voices for the Breton race, reading lines that belong to Daric Bielle, the slave hunter. There's a french accent, a very relaxed and not too pronounced irish accent, a northern british accent and a scottish one; do tell if they're adequate for the race, Akatosh be with you!
Geon Auline
Might sound too american, let me know.
Breton Voice Auditions: These are the assorted voices of Geon Auline, Jocien Ancois and Fenas Madach. I thought that my English accent might suit the Breton race.
I'm not looking for anyone in particular, just thought I would try some Breton lines at random. I don't really do a good British accent, but whatever. Then I decided to do a french one too.
My all purpose Breton voice
Here's my Breton spellsword and a wiki narration.
Here is my Breton reading utilizing dialogue from Bereditte Jastal.

Here's my audition for the acrobat & terrible actor Marcel Maurard, a Breton in Vivec:

Some more Breton voices will follow shortly with a few options on different British accents...
Here's my go at it.
I'd like to take a shot at Breton / Nord, are there any lines available still?
Please PM me with some lines I can try out :) cheers!
I've added sample lines that can be used to the first page in each of the audition threads.
I'd throw my hat into the ring but I don't see a ring. Or have a hat. I will submit an audition though.
Decided I need a better mic if im too audition so Ive removed my audition, but I can find a delete post button :/ sorry.
Alright guys, here is my audition for Barnand Erelie, the Breton. Please note that I used my French accent just for an exemple. If you think it's too much, let me know and I'll be able to reduce the accent a little bit. As a French Canadian, I decided to show you how far I could go to match the French from France accent. Hope you like it :)
