Lich's would be perfect for Harkon too. The poses, from what I remember, are practically the same.

the imp i would say chaurus hunter is the only 1 close to it

ogre i remember the tall ogrim looking a lot like it so maby a ogrim whit a diffrent head

goblins  i wil forget because it already gotten enough talk 

i remeber monster mod having a realy good looking minatour, wraith and  zombies but u probely not gone use those but i would sugest googling them because the look awsome  

nothing fits the wil o wisp mehrunes dagon and the siege crawler 

xivilai would probely fit a a vampire lord

and this list is missing shiverings isle but those got some hard craetures 

sorry i am commenting somthing big in bad english just love craetures and ya i am suggesting the skeltons the most awsome thing would be to see that skyblivion creatures arnt a exact copy of a skyrim counterpart like trol green whit a bit more fur baer having a difeerent shape bit longer ore difrent colour u get what i maen i think

I think that the Goblins

I think that the Goblins could be given Falmer skeletons possibly, they are very similar enemies.

Goblin Shaman would simply be a Falmer Shaman.

I know it says to keep commenting to a minimum but would it not make sense to use the headless horseman in skyrim as a base for the headless zombies

You can use these guys for the Hackdirt Brethren. They use the humanoid skeleton and I converted them from the Witcher. They really look like fishmen-human hybrids.

This is how they looked with a mod I used for Oblivion that actually made them look like fish-men hybrids.

Is nobody seeing the obvious

Is nobody seeing the obvious scamp -- falmer? I feel as though for the scamps, they can be almost entirely just vanilla falmers. they have the same shape, and similar animation, and movement. all that would need to be done is some minor cosmetic changes to the texutures, and maybe some resizing, but it's a fairly non-involved process. falmers already have the animations for spells, just don't have them spawn with weapons, and give them fire spells instead... It seems like it would be easy, but I'm not that great at modding, so it could very well be challenging, and I'm just looking through a rose-tinted glass.

The first release of

The first release of Skyblivion will use the same creatures/skeletons/animations from Oblivion. After that we can revamp them to make them look better.

regarding Will-of-the-Wisp ... i think you can use the Wisp from Skyrim and add more particles
also the goblins look alot like Rieklings from the dragonborn patch i'm just saying

Hi Kristkos, welcome to TESrenewal. As for your suggestion, the majority of skyblivion is being converted directly from Oblivion. The idea of using a Riekling has been discussed, and then discussed some more.

I don't plan on finishing this model anytime soon...No real point in finishing it till the tech side of Skyblivion creatures are squared away. But heres the my current model for revamping of the dreugh I did like a month ago. I had this guy sitting around for awhile and just thought "hell why not post a picture". The pic below is a bit older and isn't my latest build. I was too lazy to take another pic.
