I'll see what I can do. Though there may be clipping when finished as I don't have the rest of the armor for reference.
Unfortunately, I just don't think the 2013 version of MAX plays well with the exporting of nifs.
My models always look fine on export, and then if I import them back immediately after, they are either above the player model (happens with helmets, amulets) or leaning backwards away from the skeleton (armors/clothes.) See my picture below of what happened when I tried to import my converted Daedric armor again.
I've tried literally dozens of helmets and armors and different export techniques; all producing the same result. And I can't figure out if it is a Nifskope or MAX issue, either. I'm sorry but it doesn't look like I'll be able to help. :( Guess I'll have to wait for 0.3 to get my Madness armor.
Updated the OP, added a spread sheet for clothing. You'll be seeing some pictures of clothing soon.
just a crazy idea here, but perhaps the imperial armors could be changed slightly, to give them a bit of akavir flare, as the empire was ruled by akaviri for some time, some small remnants from the would be cool

Updated OP, added pictures of beast race helmets. Which have been converted by HorseRider.
I already created all the armor addon helmet records for khajiit and argonians, they just need to be redirected to the new meshes. And probably add a body slot flag to hide ears for khajiits and horns for argonians, don't remember if they are shown in vanilla Skyrim.
So I will need new meshes and esp with fixes when done.
