NPC and character heights

In Oblivion, many races have differing heights. For example, high elves are taller than other elves, and the wood elves are the shortest. I found a mod on Nexus that could be implemented into Skyblivion. Under the files tab, it's the one titled Height Adjusted Races - Oblivion Lore Heights.

Vanilla Skyrim has race

Vanilla Skyrim has race heights, seems odd to try and add something that's already there.
I think whoever made that mod either didn't think the height differences were noticeable enough, or misunderstood how character heights in Skyrim work.
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Races_(Skyrim)#Stats_affected_by_character_size
"Without console command modification, the damage output, damage resistance, jump height, run speed, weapon reach, etc., for all races remains at a scale of 1.00, with the race specific scales being purely cosmetic only. Race specific scales can be found in the brackets when the getscale command is used on the player or an NPC. This means that all stats for all races are identical, without console command modification of the saved game profile."
"Using the console command player.setscale to change the height of the character will increase the size of a character in addition to increasing their movement speed, jump height, and damage output."

Actually it does make a

Actually it does make a difference. High elves are noticeably taller in this mod, and wood elves are noticeably shorter like in Oblivion. A few other races are affected too. I've been playing through Skyrim lately and have noticed that the mod makes a big difference.
