Bug fix question

I was wondering if Skyblivion would integrate fixes from the UOP by default. That's it, really.

Maybe the placement fixes

Maybe the placement fixes only, not sure.

Would it work just fine

Would it work just fine without the quest bug fixes? Would the act of converting them make the fixes redundant somehow? I just think it would be tragic to deal with a straight port of Oblivion, bugs and all.

I would hope that a straight

I would hope that a straight port would find many of the oblivion modders converting mods. If you look at TTW, tons of mods have either been converted by the original authors or converted with permission.

Original Oblivion is not THAT

Original Oblivion is not THAT bad, I mean this is the version all console users had to play which were the majority of Oblivion sales.

True, but its issues can't be

True, but its issues can't be denied. And since it's possible to fix them, hopefully easily, I don't see why not. Would the theoretical converter not be able to convert the UOP? I get that recreating the changes from scratch would be a pain and I don't expect anyone to have the patience to do that.
