Hrordis bug, sanguine belt

Okay.. here is the bug, the grandmaster from the morag tong asks me if i can bring him the belt of sanguine, i traveled to Pelagiad, killed Hrordis  but i think It is not updated, because when I take the belt, I keep marking the objective, I go back to the grandmaster and he still tells me to do the quest, there's any way to fix this?

Thank you for the bug report.

Thank you for the bug report.  There are a few known bugs with the Morag Tong Sanguine Items quests, hopefully we'll get them fixed in the near future.  The Sanguine Belt quest, also known as "Webspinner: Fleetness quest" has a bug where the quest can start before you finish "A Contact in the Dark Brotherhood". Finishing this quest will hopefully allow you to complete the sanguine belt quest too. Let me know if this does not work -- I probably won't be able to fix this bug before the end of the year, but I will definitely put it on the todo list.

Make sure you have the Morroblivion Unofficial Patch installed to fix other bugs, and be sure to look over the Active Bugs and BugFixes 2017 List.

I could kill Hrordis in

I could kill Hrordis in public in the tavern and when I got arrested the guard just accepted any of the writs I had in my inventory.

Seems like there is no dependency between the name on the writs and who you actually kills? Maybe the guards cant read?

It's been a while since I

It's been a while since I looked at the script, but I think you are right -- the system just checks for murder crime rather than specific NPC murdered, in other words, each writ acts as a coupon to remove one murder crime.
