ASH STORM BUG (help)

I was playing for quite some time when i eventually encountered my first ash storm near ald'ruhn, and it ended up making me reinstall several times to try and fix it to no avail. the problem is that whenever theres an ash storm happening, any npc nearby's hair will clip through the particle effects of the storm. and it completely took me out of the experience. im not sure if its a shader issue or a problem with the storm particles or what. but i could really use some help so i can get back to playing this fantastic mod.

here's some image examples of what im talking about.

That's an engine bug with how

That's an engine bug with how it handles multiple objects with transparency.

To circumvent it hair meshes (vanilla Oblivion files, not Morroblivion) would need to be edited - and it will make them look worse under normal conditions

so theres no way to fix it?

so theres no way to fix it?

edit: i found a workaround by installing this mod which removes the ash storm particles in favor a vivid red blight storm. it helps to give that feel of a bleak alien landscape  http://www.mediafire.com/file/1ooybergf4gyg6u/AshStormImprovement.rar/file
