How to start morroblivion

I tried launching oblivion it launches oblivion normal game I did everything it says it requires installed wrye bash(in wrye bash I dont see it in installers tab) have both morrowind with expansions and oblivion with expansions

please help

I unpacked core 00 to data

I unpacked core 00 to data folder and it worked.
