Well the thread warning is certainly spot on. Are you going to add lacerations and blotches like on the original?

Looking great so far though!

oh im sorry for taht

oh im sorry for taht greatmighty, i didnt say the specific spot i dont like, because i thought that it is not nessary since iam not involved in the process of creating the model and it would not change anything. and the reason i said that theres something i dont like, was that i could not live with my self just saying "its awesome" even there is something i dont like. the way i just comment your very cool creature was just a try to say "i like" and beeing honest at the same time without speaking out critique that might hurt you or not apreatiate your work. i did that from my own point of view. when i post my stuff to the concept dude, i even want critique and it dont hurt me if he want changes, his critique is construktive. but when i post stuff public, i actually just want to be rewarded with kind words and apretiation, and dont wanna hear critique because it kinda suck and confuses me. i said that out of consideration of you... maybe i was jsut wrong. iam sorry for confusing you. at the end, your model is awesome i just think his actual right hand is too big. compared to his very thin arm, thats ok btw, it makes the character too cartoony and takes away some seriusnes in my opinion. the left hands size is ok, but it hase the big skin bags and muscles witch make it all believable.. with respect, smartinius

If your looking for good
If your looking for good deseased skin textures you could do what the l4d folks did on there beasties. They used potatoe skins for a lot of it. They used other things too but I cant remember what those were.

Damn man, this is stunning. I feel both disgusted and pityful. That's exactly what this creature was supposed to do - awesome job! It could use a little bit of minor detail, like oozing blisters and wounds, but overall MAN IS IT AWESOME.

I think it could be less

I think it could be less pinky - more ashy/dirty and grey (like island aborigen/Dunmer).
---
Generally it have crippled/disgustful shape, but it's skin not so adequate to this.
May be you will add some texture/features that can complete his figure.
If corprus is prolifiratic disorder you can look to some IRL diseases like Neurofibromatosis (Grossness Warning lvl2).

Dunmer aren't affected in the same way as other races.  They become ash slaves, zombies, ghouls, and ascended sleepers.

I didn't know this : please give me refence.
---
Anyway i mean : They all could/should be soiled in dirt and ash, even normal, living dunmers : ashlanders. May be even covered in ash/dirt intentionally as many tribals in South African Deserts and Bushlands.
---
Original lesser corprus-diseased-persons have grey-yellowish color too.

Pretty sure they would all

Pretty sure they would all become corprus beasts rather than sleepers. This is a divine disease concocted by Dagoth Ur to enlighten the native people of Morrowind (Dunmer) and to punish and purge the invader races (all non-Dunmer).  The model of the creature used in Morrowind was that of some male human to save time, I'm guessing.  Because females and beasts get no love.

Azura's got nothing to do

Azura's got nothing to do with it this time around.  It's Dagoth Ur's will that's being imposed through this disease.

If I only descendants of

If I only descendants of those descended from members of House Dagoth that were absorbed into other houses become sleeper variants. Remember that 1) There is a quest in the Temple line in which a Dunmer becomes a Corpus Stalker, and 2) When the PC catches Corpus, (s)he begins exhibiting traits related to Corpus Beasts (increased strength, diminished agility and intelligence), rather than those of Dagoths, who tent to be quite intelligent, if mad, 3) Yagrum Bagarn, a mer, became a Corpus Beast rather than a Dagoth.

Dunmer can also become

Dunmer can also become corprus stalkers.

"Lord Dagoth has sent the blight to destroy the foreigners and to chasten those Dunmer, who bend to foreign will. Those who oppose Lord Dagoth shall wither, and die. While those who join Lord Dagoth shall be healed and strengthened, filled with the power and glory of Red Mountain, and inspired by the dreams of Dagoth Ur."

This would mean that if you're a Dunmer siding with the Empire and reject Dagoth's calling you'll become a stalker too. The way it works is that in order to become an ash zombie you have to cut out the tumours and eat them so that the divine disease can re-architecture your body. After a while of that you have to bury yourself in the ash, to wake up as an ash slave after some time, and then you evolve further and further into different Dagoth forms. But as long as you don't do as Voryn tells you in his dreams, you become a stalker, even the Dunmer. Another thing is that it's probably hard to oppose his instructions - and only Dunmer can hear him for he doesn't care about the foreigners at all.

If there hasn't already been a skeleton selected for this, I'd like to suggest the Lurker.

Look at the model of the

Look at the model of the Corprus Stalker from Morrowind. Looks completely human together with the facial features, but has pointy ears. The race does not look like anything from Tamriel. They wanted one model for that and didn't really know what to go with. So I guess someone made a creepy zombie he knew from shooter games, but devs told him to give it pointy ears.

As for Dunmer Stalkers - as I said, they're probably a bit of a rarity. And no, there is no evidence for ash creatures burying themselves in the ash, that's a bit of additional lore we came up with. They could as well just roam the wastes, completely crazy for weeks, and get their ashy skin from ashstorms.

Their faces just become brittle and break off, leaving a gaping hole that's eventually filled by tentacle growths.

I am curious : does it possible to use that method that used for vampirism to make signs of other diseases (not only Corprus but it should be on first priority)? Stages is great thing too.

Hey guys, really sorry the

Hey guys, really sorry the low res is taking so long.  I'm going to try to bang it out by the end of the week.  I've done retopo before but I'm trying to learn to do it in 3ds Max so it's taking a little longer.  And, as always, I'm way busier than I'd like to be.

No worries GreatMighty, your

No worries GreatMighty, your model is well-worth the wait. There are so many elements that I like about it - I'm not sure whether the flesh is growing, stretching or outright melting in some places. It's perfectly disgusting. Here's looking forward to the sure-to-be equally repulsive textures!

I mean all of this in the best of ways haha
